Customer Support Representative

We are primarily a software house starting a new product line and looking for CSRs for a new product line related to travel services. We specialize in creating unforgettable journeys, ensuring our clients have seamless and enjoyable experiences.

Experience in selling Umrah to potential pilgrims is preferred but not required.
Fresh candidates can apply.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Able to multitask in a friendly fast-paced environment.

Remuneration & Benefits:

This is a full-time position.
Remuneration includes salary plus commission based on experience.
Providing customer service from query to closing the sale and follow-up.
Good Salary + Commission. Remuneration will be based on experience and expertise in airline
