You will responsible to cover a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and success of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure effective communication with the team monthly meetings, and manager’s meetings.
  • Ensure obedience to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and arrange for repairs when necessary.
  • Hire, train, and supervise junior staff members, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Ensure effective scheduling of staff.
  • Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Create a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Ensure record keeping in the restaurant.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
  • Coach staff on customer service best practices.
  • Interact with customers to gather feedback and suggestions.
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, verification and approvals of daily expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Train staff on food safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
