Education: Minimum Graduate, preferably MBA
Experience: 5 to 7 Years in a Factory Environment.
1. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
2. Look after security related matters & maintenance of factory building.
3. Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
4. Record keeping of all company vehicles on a periodical basis.
5. Record keeping of insurance policies of commercial and non-commercial vehicles.
6. Supervise water tanker, mineral water, sewerage, KESC, PTCL, Water Board & other utility bills.
7. Vendor management of the admin department.
8. Manage all housekeeping activities of the premises.
9. Look after canteen operations.
10. Dealing with labor & government agencies.
11. Supervise all carpentry work, commentary work, plumber work, whitewash etc.
12. Ensure OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) Ensure implementation of EMS, FSMS and QMS.
13. Administer employee card and visitor card.
14. Supervise service and maintenance of photocopier, fax, Limton machines etc.
15. Signing and management of gate passes and staff out pass.
