We are seeking a Customer Relation Officer with a background in Electrical Engineering to enhance our customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding solar energy products and services.
- Provide technical assistance and product information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
- Assist in the development of customer satisfaction surveys and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus (minimum 6 months).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
