PNY Trainings is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our Johar Town branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, admissions, operations management, and team discipline, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth. This is a male-only position, requiring 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Johar Town branch.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admissions targets.
- Oversee and optimize the student admission process.
- Ensure operational efficiency and smooth execution of training sessions.
- Maintain discipline among staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for reporting and alignment on company goals.
- Manage student feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
