Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and managed a team of designers, videographers, and social media specialists.
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media, videos, and graphics across multiple platforms.
- Oversee video production and editing from concept to final delivery.
- Manage social media accounts, grow engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, and social media management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
