We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Expert to join our team and drive sales of subscription packages tailored for artists and musicians in the USA market. As a Telesales Expert, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and qualify potential leads within the USA market to understand their needs and requirements.
  2. Initiate outbound calls to artists and musicians to introduce our subscription packages and highlight their benefits.
  3. Deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our subscription packages.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  7. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  10. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to continuously improve our subscription packages.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the subscription-based service industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales purposes.
  7. Knowledge of the art and music industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities, is preferred.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  9. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of clients.
