We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives for our polymer additives portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B chemical sales, strong industry relationships, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Candidates with experience in Polymer Additives (especially PE Wax and Thermal Stabilizer) are preferred.

Develop and implement area sales strategies - Create actionable sales plans tailored to the assigned territory to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Generate and follow up on new business leads - Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, referrals, and site visits to build a robust sales pipeline.

Maintain and strengthen client relationships - Regularly engage with existing customers to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and promote repeat business.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations - Effectively present product features, benefits, and solutions to prospective clients to encourage purchases.

Negotiate deals and close sales - Handle pricing discussions, resolve objections, and finalize agreements in line with company policies to maximize revenue.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Stay updated on industry developments, customer behavior, and competitors’ strategies to identify threats and opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment - Liaise with production, dispatch, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing of orders.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports - Track daily visits, sales numbers, customer feedback, and other KPIs, and report findings to the Sales Manager for review.

Ensure post-sales support and follow-up - Address client concerns after delivery, provide product usage guidance, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Participate in trade shows and promotional events - Represent the company at industry exhibitions and customer engagement events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Skills:

  •  3+ years of experience in chemical sales (B2B), preferably in bulk chemicals.
  • Strong network in the plastic or polymer industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
