We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Manager to oversee and streamline the end-to-end clothing production process at our boutique. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality garment manufacturing, timely delivery, and efficient coordination between designers, tailors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor boutique production operations.
- Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, and tailors to meet order deadlines.
- Manage raw material sourcing and inventory levels.
- Implement quality control standards at every stage of production.
- Track production costs and optimize for efficiency.
- Handle vendor and supplier communications.
- Maintain production timelines and resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure adherence to brand quality, style, and fit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fashion or textile production (preferably in boutiques).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and tailoring processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production software/tools is a plus.
