We’re looking for skilled and motivated call center agents to join our team and excel in promoting energy solutions for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business clients in the USA, focusing on new connection sales.
- Engage with decision-makers such as business owners to present energy and gas solutions.
- Educate clients about the benefits of switching to new connections.
- Overcome objections and build trust to close sales effectively.
- Accurately record sales activities and client details in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound B2B sales, particularly with new connection sales (energy/gas services experience preferred).
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close sales professionally.
- Target-driven and highly motivated to achieve goals.
- Availability to work night shifts aligned with USA business hours.
- Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach.
