Key Responsibilities :

Handling requests and queries in a timely manner and responding to all correspondence on emails, ticketing system and MS Teams.
Ensuring tasks completion on time for smooth day-to-day operations
Manage data entry and maintain digital files
Provide customer support by addressing queries and resolving issues via email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Attention to Detail
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask

Job Description:

Orders Download from Online Portals
Data Management on Excel Sheets
Data Entry on Applications and Excel Sheets
Responding Queries and resolving Tickets on Freshdesk
Data Import/Export from Online Portals

Skills Required:

Groomed Personality
Excellent communication Skills Verbal and Written.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge about Market Places Infrastructure
Proficiency in MS Excel and Online Sheets
Worked on any e-commerce platform
Background from Accounts and e-commerce will be preferred
