We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help grow our business. You will be responsible for finding new leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support the sales team with proposals and presentations
Follow up on leads and close deals
Keep records of interactions and progress
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of sales and marketing
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
