We are hiring Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls and assisting customers with their queries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide information, support, or solutions based on customer needs
Record customer interactions accurately
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Meet performance and quality targets
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor's degree
Good spoken English and Urdu (other languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Strong communication and listening skills
Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required
