We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves managing relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact between the company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
Follow up on client feedback and support ongoing improvements
Assist in client onboarding and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in customer service or client management is a plus
