Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services
Handle client concerns and provide prompt resolutions
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve client satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
