We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely support and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, services, or deliveries.
Maintain client records and update databases as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
Monitor service progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Experience in customer service or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce is a plus).
