We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve complaints and provide accurate information
Maintain customer records and document interactions
Work closely with other teams to solve customer issues
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
