We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot problems

  • Record and track customer interactions in the system

  • Follow up to ensure full resolution of issues

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
