We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and training programs
Handle employee queries and HR policy communication
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of HR experience
Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws
Strong communication and organizational skills
