We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team by optimizing processes, analyzing data, managing CRM systems, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Analyze sales data and generate reports for leadership
Improve sales processes to drive productivity
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams
Monitor sales performance and help set targets and KPIs
Support sales forecasting and territory planning
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in CRM and data tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
