We are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in [FMCG / Pharma / etc.].
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
