We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and provide excellent service throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements
Provide information on destinations, travel options, and packages
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Prepare itineraries, invoices, and confirmations
Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends and regulations
Requirements:
Experience in the travel industry preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of GDS or booking software is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic computer skills
