We are seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Business Developer with a minimum of 3 months of experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, submitting effective proposals, and communicating with clients to help grow the company’s freelance project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for potential projects and clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Write well-structured, customized proposals and cover letters based on client needs.
Maintain active communication with prospective clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
Collaborate with the senior business development and technical teams for proposal finalization and project planning.
Track submitted proposals, follow-ups, and project status updates.
Help achieve monthly business development targets through consistent bidding and client interaction.
