Project Manager Professional - US Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMP certified) with a proven track record in managing projects within the US healthcare BPO and medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, process optimization, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare-related processes, focusing on medical billing and BPO operations.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Oversee projects aligned with US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Analyze and improve operational workflows for medical billing and healthcare BPO services.
Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on US healthcare BPO and medical billing..
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and US healthcare policies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in client-facing roles within the healthcare or BPO sectors..
Technical knowledge of billing software and RCM platforms.
