Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and chat processes

 Requirements:

Qualification: Graduation

Excellent & Fluent in English

Minimum 1 Year Experience of English Call center

Salary: 45k + incentive
