About the role
- Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for consultants
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality consultants (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality consultants
- Sourcing and onboarding consultants for specific projects and keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
- Prepare consultants before interviews with clients
