Online Customer Service / Tele-Sales Specialist

Printing Ventures is actively seeking a driven and energetic Online Customer Service / Tele-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, deliver compelling product presentations, and generate leads through effective communication methods. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth for our Canadian-based campaigns while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires you to have a fluent command of the English language and the ability to foster rapport with customers over the phone, through email, and via live chat. As a member of our enthusiastic team, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours with a focus on achieving performance-based incentives and meeting key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services.
Easy targets to meet and maintain monthly KPIs.
Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to engage customers.
Listen actively to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding our products.
Negotiate terms of sale and overcome objections to close sales effectively.
