We are seeking an experienced Procurement Head to lead our procurement function and develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, improve quality, and reduce lead times.

2. Supplier Management: Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. Procurement Operations: Oversee procurement operations, including tendering, bidding, and contract management.

4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to achieve savings.

7. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance teams.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular procurement reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
