Product Manager (Software Applications)

We are seeking a technically skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality web applications and services. This pivotal role requires bridging technology, business goals, and user experience to ensure the success of software products. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with market demands and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing products built with modern technologies such as .NET, C#, Figma, Angular, React Native, MongoDB, and Microservices, along with strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, analyze competitors, and identify new market opportunities.
- Translate user requirements and business goals into detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, operations, sales, and finance teams to maintain alignment and drive comprehensive product delivery.
- Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog based on business value, impact, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with commercial and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, oversee beta testing, and support successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance by analyzing key metrics and gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates on product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an MBA with IT specialization from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on product ideation, design, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of software requirements gathering, modern technology stacks, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and software release lifecycle (SRLC).
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, and managing the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and the ability to integrate user feedback into product enhancements.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to quickly learn and apply new concepts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Islamabad at the 2nd Floor, One Expressway, Gulberg Greens Interchange, Islamabad Highway. Working hours are generally from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM PST, with potential shifts from morning to evening.
