We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Plastic Division's production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Plan and prioritize production activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Quality Control: Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Efficiency Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Team Management: Manage a team of production staff, including training, development, and performance management.
Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment, including compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on production status.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably in the plastic industry.
Strong technical knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of plastic production processes and technologies.
Leadership skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with production management software: Experience with production management software, such as ERP or MES systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Certification in quality management: Certification in quality management, such as ISO 9001.
