•  Identify and onboard new clients for NVOCC and freight forwarding services, targeting importers, exporters, and logistics providers.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  •  Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 time of monthly salary
  •  Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, and customer service) to ensure smoothexecution of shipments and on-time delivery.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
  •  Mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
  •  Conduct periodic reviews with key clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and plan future collaborations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Essential experience:
  • 5-7 years experience
  • Sales in shipping and logistics industry
