- Identify and onboard new clients for NVOCC and freight forwarding services, targeting importers, exporters, and logistics providers.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 time of monthly salary
- Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, and customer service) to ensure smoothexecution of shipments and on-time delivery.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
- Mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
- Conduct periodic reviews with key clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and plan future collaborations.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Essential experience:
- 5-7 years experience
- Sales in shipping and logistics industry
