- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop financial strategies to meet company goals and improve efficiency.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare timely financial reports, analyze data, and monitor performance to support decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgets, track performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, and recommend pricing strategies.
- Audit, Tax, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, manage audits, and oversee tax filings and coordination with consultants.
- Treasury Management: Handle loan compliance, cash flow forecasting, and funding requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and protect company assets.
- Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, promote collaboration, and support team development.
- Financial Systems and Technology: Oversee financial systems for efficient operations and improved accuracy.
- Corporate Compliance: Ensure corporate compliance, including statutory filings, with the Company Secretary and CEO.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- ACA/ ACCA/ACMA
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 12 years preferably from Manufacturing / Automotive industry.
