For Ericsson

Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
Hands-on experience in Radio Network performance improvement
Identify network issues and analyze degraded KPIs with actionable improvement plans
Drive the continuous enhancement of network performance indicators
Strong understanding of Ericsson network parameters and KPI formulas
Solid knowledge of Ericsson-specific network features
Proficiency with Ericsson tools such as BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM
Evaluate and implement new network features based on customer requirements
Execute network optimization solutions in response to customer complaints and performance issues
Experience in network optimization for event assurance and complaint resolution
Ability to transfer knowledge and mentor junior team members
Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to network/customer needs

For Nokia

Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
Proven experience in Radio Network performance improvement

Ensure continuous improvement in network performance metrics
In-depth understanding of Nokia-specific parameters and KPI formulas
Strong knowledge of Nokia network features and capabilities
Proficiency in Nokia’s NetAct system
Evaluate and implement new network features per customer requirements
Develop and apply network optimization strategies based on performance issues or complaints
Practical experience in optimizing networks for event assurance
Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge
Strong sense of ownership and commitment to network performance and customer satisfaction
