Rural project day-to-day operations
Secondary sales monitoring in Sales and Distribution Business Intelligence
Sharing sales and other relevant data at HO
Sales Analysis & Trackers from Sales and Distribution BI for RSRs/AMs & ZM
Multiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOM
Vehicle expenses entry in the FMS system
Following up with RSR's for target achievements
AM's & RSR's Incentive preparation
Preparation of sales meeting presentation
Record keeping of Rural sales vehicle documentation
Sales commission & debit note working for audit
Salary working preparation for People HR
Coordinate with Sales and Distribution HODs for any issues
RSR's target splitting by brand by SKU

Qualification and Skills:

Minimum bachelors
2-3 years of relevant experience
FMCG experience preferably
