- Identify and develop new customers for NVOCC services, focusing on importers, exporters, and freight forwarders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting NVOCC services and negotiating competitive rates with clients.
- Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 time of monthly salary.
- Collaborate with pricing teams and agents to secure competitive rates and offer clients the best possiblesolutions.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve client issues.
- Identify and seize partnership opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and clientmeetings to enhance visibility and networking.
- Stay updated on NVOCC industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years experience sales in shipping and logistics industry
