- Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance; provide strategic insights.
- Develop and manage budgets and long-term financial plans; monitor performance and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations; oversee audits and implement necessary compliance measures.
- Real estate development and REIT experience required
- Tax regulations and requirements related to Real estate builders and REIT structure required
- Mentor and lead finance teams; provide training and support for skill enhancement.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals and support cross-functional projects.
Educational Qualification
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Preferred / Masters (Finance)
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years.
- Experience in construction (real estate builders) and REIT structure required
