- Respond to user requests/queries. Monitor/Manage user query respectively on a daily basis.
- Double-check that the all-devices hardware parts running in a normal state.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting, network, and system issues .]
- Ability to handle printers, Wi-Fi, IP camera, windows & software Installation issues.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or IT
- 2 - 4 years of experience
- Must have knowledge of Troubleshooting, configuration, Cisco SW, Networking and Veeam Backup
