• Manage and supervise HR programs and projects as per HR strategy and philosophy to obtain desired impacts.
  • Provide HR advice and support to assigned portfolio of internal and assigned external clients as per established strategy.
  • Assist in formulating strategic plans & designing/writing manuals/policies/processes/forms for internal and external clients.
  • Designing HR Analytics & dashboards for HR functions.

Qualification and Skills:

  • BBA/MBA in HR
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Relevant experience in consultancy
