Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy retail operations.
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Achieve sales targets and optimize store performance Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a pharmacy retail store.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle inventory and supplier coordination.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and customer handling
