Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits for finance and payroll operations
- Review payroll processes for multiple clients – salaries, deductions, taxes & complianceIdentify risks, discrepancies, or fraud through financial record audits
- Prepare audit plans based on risk assessment
- Recommend improvements to internal controls
- Collaborate with HR & Payroll teams
- Create detailed audit reports with action plans
- Support in financial statement preparationStay updated with latest financial regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / ACCA / CMA Preferred
- 2–4 years experience in internal audit (Experience in payroll or HR services firm is a plus)
