Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations over the phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer travel recommendations, itineraries, and assistance with travel-related issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and booking systems.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
