Project Coordinator

We are looking for a committed Client Success Associate to join our team full-time at our Civic Center location in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. This position requires working night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM and is open exclusively to female candidates. The role offers a competitive salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs180,000 per month, which is negotiable based on experience and skills. Additionally, a travel allowance is provided to support commuting during night hours. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in client success, account management, or related fields, preferably working with international clients from regions such as the US, Australia, or Canada. Strong communication abilities, along with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and effective resolution of any issues.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to gather feedback and assess changing needs.
- Provide training sessions on relevant tools and methodologies aimed at improving client success and engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in client success, account management, or similar roles, with direct exposure to international clients, particularly from the USA.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- At least two years of hands-on experience in client success and account management.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in project management.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts on-site in Rawalpindi as specified.
