Overall Role

Develop and implement a communication strategy to enhance PMC’s visibility, manage media relations, and create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategic communication plan aligned with the goals of the PMC.
  • Identify key messages and communication channels to reach target audiences, including educators, policymakers, and the public.
  • Develop high-quality content, including press releases, newsletters, reports, and social media posts, to highlight PMC activities and achievements.
  • Ensure all communication materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with the department’s standards.
  • Manage the production of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and presentations on EMIS , RTSM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure positive coverage of PMC initiatives.
  • Oversee the PMC’s digital presence, including website updates and social media management.
  • Develop internal communication tools to keep staff informed and engaged with PMC objectives and achievements.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media or corporate communications.

Required Skills

  • Content creation, media management, and social media strategy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
