Project Manager – Clean Room Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the development and installation of clean rooms within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of projects, from the initial concept and AutoCAD design through to final installation and certification. This role requires hands-on involvement and a deep understanding of cleanliness standards such as ISO and GMP, as well as expertise in construction management and regulatory compliance. The position is based at our head office in Lahore and demands a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in clean room projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of clean room development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare, review, and validate detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical plans to meet project specifications. Oversee site activities including scheduling, procurement, coordination with subcontractors, and installation processes. Ensure strict compliance with cleanroom standards such as ISO Class 5–9, GMP, or equivalent regulations. Coordinate all documentation and certification procedures with regulatory authorities to guarantee project approval. Lead and motivate project teams to maintain adherence to timelines and financial constraints. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues while managing risks to prevent delays and maintain project quality.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience managing clean room projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software is required. A comprehensive understanding of cleanroom classifications, HVAC systems, and HEPA filtration technology is necessary. Familiarity with documentation and certification standards, including ISO, GMP, and FDA requirements, is critical. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are mandatory. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under tight deadlines is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials is highly desirable.
