Project Manager-Design Unit

We are urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in the design sales industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to web development, animation, graphics, and digital marketing. This role demands close collaboration with senior management and clients to clearly define project requirements, timelines, and budgets. The position is full-time, based on-site, and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects involving web development, animation, graphics, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management and clients to establish project objectives, delivery schedules, and budget estimates.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans that guide clients, internal teams, and staff, making adjustments as project needs evolve.
- Assign tasks by assessing the skills, experience, and strengths of team members to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Monitor project progress regularly to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the design sales industry with a thorough understanding of project management processes related to this field.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including the development and revision of comprehensive project plans.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and assigning tasks based on individual competencies.
- Demonstrated ability to track project performance and ensure timely delivery of results.
