Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the daily operations of multiple e-commerce stores across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, monitoring performance metrics, handling client onboarding and fulfillment, and maintaining strict compliance with platform policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to guarantee satisfaction and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of various e-commerce stores including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Collaborate with product sourcing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient and seamless workflows.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all client accounts, delivering regular, detailed performance reports.
- Oversee onboarding and fulfillment processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and proper setup.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies and terms of service to prevent violations or disruptions.
- Monitor deadlines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects to guarantee timely completion and effective resource management.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of product sourcing, logistics, and customer service coordination.
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s policies and terms of service is essential.
- Experience in process improvement and implementing automation solutions.

Compensation: Rs35,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
