Site Engineer

As a Construction Engineer for Mosque Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process. You will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction teams and ensure work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with consultants, engineers, client engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage site operations, including scheduling and coordinating workforce, materials, and equipment.
Monitor construction progress, identify and resolve issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits on-site.
Prepare, submit, and vet IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates).
Prepare subcontractor bills and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and changes to the project scope.
Coordinate with the head office for material procurement, handling, and waste management to reduce costs.
Conduct inspections and testing of systems to ensure they function as per specifications.

Expertise:

Proven experience in construction, particularly in Masque building.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office, MS Project/Primavera.
