We are looking for a Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing them with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify prospects using a variety of methods, including telemarketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our mobile repairing and training services
- Answer questions about our services and explain their benefits
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements
- Close sales by persuading customers to purchase our services
- Build relationships with customers and provide them with excellent customer service
- Maintain and update customer records
- Track and report on sales performance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
