BA Coordinator:

Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of sales promoters, ensuring they meet their individual and collective targets.
Product Expertise: Continuously build and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, and communicate this information in compelling and engaging ways.
Training and Development: Train new sales promoters on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize schedules, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations for promotional events and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve results.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels for sales operations and promotional activities.
Activations: Plan and execute promotional events, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are handled efficiently.
POSM Management: Making sure the POS material is reached to the promoter and its placement is done correctly.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to management, stakeholders, and team members.
Targets and Reporting: Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
Feedback and Improvement: Distribute product samples, gather customer feedback, and provide actionable insights to the management team for product or process improvement.
Competition: Tracking all competition price and on ground activities and reporting it to the management.
