Reports To: GM Sales

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team in the Central Region, Lahore. This role involves driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, motivating the team to meet sales targets, and ensuring top performance across the assigned territory.

  • Analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and develop comprehensive regional sales plans to achieve revenue goals. 
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a sales team within their region, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty and repeat business. 
  • Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor progress, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent attainment of goals. 
  • Track sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes. 
  • Oversee the sales pipeline within their region, identifying potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring smooth progression through the sales cycle. 
  • Manage the regional sales budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales initiatives and maximize return on investment. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Effectively communicate sales plans, targets, and performance updates to both the sales team and senior management. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
